Mockfy Legal Start Practice

Policies

Acceptable Use Policy

The rules that keep Mockfy fair, safe and useful for every learner.

Effective 20 October 2026 · Last updated 20 October 2026

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you do on Mockfy, including tests, profiles, the leaderboard, friends, feedback and the Speaking Room.

Fair practice

You agree not to:

  • try to obtain points, streaks or leaderboard positions dishonestly, for example by exploiting a bug, using several accounts or coordinating with others to manipulate results;
  • create more than one account or share your account with someone else;
  • use scripts, bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service, submit answers or collect data.

Test content

You agree not to copy, download, record, photograph, publish, sell or share Mockfy test content, answers, explanations, model answers or audio outside the Service, or use them to build a competing product or a question bank.

Respect for other learners

You agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, bully, discriminate against or abuse other learners;
  • send or show sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise offensive content;
  • record, screenshot, stream or share another learner's image, voice or words without their clear permission;
  • impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your connection with them;
  • use a name, username or photo that is offensive or misleading.

In the Speaking Room

  • Keep the conversation on practice and respectful.
  • Do not call the same learner again and again after they have declined.
  • If someone behaves badly, leave the session and report them with their @username.

Security and the Service

You agree not to:

  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, or put an unreasonable load on it;
  • probe, scan or test its security without our written permission, or try to access accounts, data or admin areas that are not yours;
  • upload or send anything that contains malware or that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

If you find a security problem, report it privately as described in Security.

Enforcement

We may remove content, reset points, remove you from the leaderboard, or limit, suspend or block your account if we reasonably believe you have broken this policy. Serious or repeated breaches lead to a permanent block. If you believe we made a mistake, contact us and we will review the decision.

Reporting

To report a learner or content that breaks this policy, use Send feedback in the app and include the @username and what happened, or use Send feedback in the app or email joraboyevismoiljon649uchinchi@gmail.com.
