Daily English is a short daily habit. You climb a map stage by stage; each stage takes about three minutes.
How it works
- Every zone has 20 stages; every stage has 10 questions.
- Questions are of three kinds: choose the right word, type it, or spot the mistake.
- After each answer you see the correct answer and an explanation straight away.
Stars
| Correct answers | Stars |
|---|---|
| 10 of 10 | 3 stars |
| most of them | 2 stars |
| some of them | 1 star |
| none | no stars |
The next stage opens when you finish one with all 3 stars. With fewer stars, try the stage again. There is no daily limit: do as many stages as you like.
Fix my mistakes
At the end of a stage, Fix my mistakes asks your wrong answers again. Every mistake you fix counts towards your stars (without extra points), so fixing them all still gives 3 stars. Press See my results to skip it.
The map
The map never ends: new zones open as you climb. Each zone is its own little English world, such as a meadow, the coast, a library or London. Zones still far ahead stay behind clouds until you get closer.
Streak
The first stage you finish each day counts for your streak. See Points and streak.
Hudi
Hudi, the Mockfy hoopoe, studies with you. It hops and calls when you are right, looks a little sad when you are not, and cheers your stars and streak records. To hide Hudi or turn off its sounds, open Settings → Appearance.
